Yoga combines postures, breathing, stretching and meditation to promote mental and physical well-being. Classes are based on your personal level of interest. Offering low impact classes for beginners to more advanced classes for those looking for increased strength, flexibility, and focus.
Carina has a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Dance with a studio management certificate from Western Michigan University and is a certified Yoga trainer. Carina has a passion for mental and physical well-being and Yoga provides a wonderful blend of both to provide energy and motivation to thrive in life.
