Yoga is a meditative process of mind and body with a 5, 000-year history in ancient Indian philosophy. Yoga combines postures, breathing, stretching and meditation to promote mental and physical well-being. Classes are based on your personal level of interest. Offering low impact classes for beginners to more advanced classes for those looking for increased strength, flexibility, and focus.
Carina started her yoga journey after college, combining her degree in dance with the restorative and healing practice that is yoga. As a certified ISSA yoga instructor, Carina aims to create a space where all students feel confident, strong, and most of all welcome. Yoga is a practice for everyone and their own journey, I cannot wait to see where this journey takes you!
